The following terms and conditions apply to projects undertaken by www.ecomlaunchers.com (Ecom Launchers).

Copyright

You will own the copyright to all content we create and deliver for you according to agreed terms. Ecom Launchers will not retain any copyright, and you are free to use or publish the content as you see fit.

Payment

100% advance payment is required for all services. The client is responsible for any transaction fees and applicable taxes.

Revisions

Unlimited revisions are offered within 14 days of delivery. Revisions are processed with a standard turnaround time of 24 hours and must relate to the original request. Clients can request changes by emailing their assigned Project Manager.

All content is delivered in editable format, empowering you to make personal adjustments as needed.

Change of Mind

Refunds are not offered for change of mind. Clients are encouraged to evaluate project goals before initiating service.

Project Requirements

All project details are confirmed prior to starting. Disputes are resolved based on the agreed requirements and these terms.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available under limited conditions. A 100% refund is possible if:

• The project has not yet started.
• No special or custom packages were selected.
• No revisions were made beyond initial concepts.
• The client has not been unresponsive for 2+ weeks.
• The project was not placed on hold by the client.
• No violation of company policies occurred.
• The brief includes all required information.
• There is no business closure or rebranding involved.

Refunds are not applicable once multiple revisions are accepted or for subjective reasons like disagreements or change of preference.

Platform & LLC Policies

• After creating the account on any platform such as Walmart, Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, or eBay, if the account gets suspended, it will not be our responsibility as platforms make the final decision. Any amount paid will not be refunded.
• Walmart approvals typically take 10 to 20 days. If the account is rejected, it will not be our responsibility and any amount will not be refunded.
• If you already have an LLC created, you must ensure that no account has been created previously under this LLC. If an account already exists and your new account gets rejected, it will not be our responsibility and any amount will not be refunded.
• If you do not have an LLC and we create one for you along with the accounts, the process may take 10 to 20 days. If the accounts are not approved, any amount paid will not be refunded.

Term of Use of This Website

Ecom Launchers is not responsible for damages caused by unintentional errors on the website.

By using our site, you agree to hold Ecom Launchers, its officers, and affiliates harmless against claims arising from your access, use, or violation of third-party rights.

This agreement does not create any employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and Ecom Launchers.
